In this workers' compensation appeal, the employer/carrier appeal an order awarding appellee, claimant, catastrophic loss benefits pursuant to Section 440.15(2)(b), Florida Statutes (1983). We reverse.

While working at a construction site on June 24, 1983, claimant fell approximately ten feet from a wall to a concrete floor. He injured his head and lost all feeling in both arms. Employer/carrier paid temporary total disability until March...
