MUNSON, J.

Virgil Taylor and Judy Alexander appeal from the trial court's refusal to grant their motions for new trial, and contend (1) certain evidence was erroneously admitted at trial; (2) defense counsel gave improper closing arguments; and (3) that they are entitled to a new trial and sanctions based upon newly discovered evidence and misconduct in connection with discovery violations. We reverse.
