PER CURIAM.

Plaintiffs appeal as of right from the circuit court orders of March 2, 1983, and January 27, 1984, granting defendants' motions for partial summary judgment. The summary judgment orders were certified as final on January 18 and 27, 1984.

For purposes of this appeal, the facts are not in dispute. Plaintiff Shawn Awkerman is a young boy born November 16, 1974, who has suffered from numerous bone fractures...
