THIS CAUSE came before the Court for non-jury trial on October 4 and 8, 1985. The Court having reviewed the testimony, evidence and arguments of counsel presented, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court now makes the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
