FOLEY, Judge.

Lorraine Ozenna appeals from an order granting Michael Parmelee physical and legal custody of their three minor children and granting her minimal support. Respondent admits paternity of the three children born out-of-wedlock to the parties and challenges appellant's suit for her full custody of the children. Appellant argues the trial court erred in applying statutory criteria applicable only to dissolution actions and abused its discretion...
