This appeal presents the issue whether a certain transaction was, as defendant contends, an absolute sale with an option to repurchase, or, as plaintiff contends, a chattel mortgage. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant. We conclude that whether the arrangement constituted a sale or a mortgage was a question for the jury, and we therefore reverse and remand for a new trial.
