Salem Leasing Corporation ("Salem") petitions this Court to review an order issued by the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB") finding that Salem violated Section 8(a)(3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(3) and (1), in discharging one of its employees, Cecil Shields.
