HARRIS, Justice.

Dolores Jane Martin, plaintiff's decedent, lost her life in a one-vehicle pickup truck accident. The pickup was being driven by Gale Armstrong who was or became intoxicated while being served beer or intoxicating liquor in defendant's tavern. The administrator of Dolores' estate brought this wrongful death action. Trial was to a jury which returned a verdict for defendant dramshop operator. On appeal, plaintiff assigns error in a number of the instructions...
