OXBERGER, Chief Judge.

The constitutionality of the arson statute is attacked by the appellant, who contends the application of the Code to him violates his right to equal protection of the laws. The trial court evaluated the statute involved and determined it does not violate appellant's constitutional rights. We affirm.
