Plaintiff brought this action to recover the costs of transporting defendant's racehorses on four separate occasions between 1978 and 1980. Plaintiff also sought recovery for the boarding of two of the horses in California for over two years following defendant's refusal to pay the transportation charges. The jury found for plaintiff.
