Appellant Steven Sirek was convicted of murder in the second degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.19(2), and Minn.Stat. § 609.05 (1984). He contends a plea agreement entered into by his accomplice encouraged perjury and that the accomplice's testimony was therefore inadmissible.
