Kathryn Marie Hempe, formerly Kathryn Marie Cape ("Kathryn"), appeals from a judgment entered August 14, 1984, by the Circuit Court of Crawford County, Missouri, modifying the child custody provisions of a decree of dissolution of marriage entered August 30, 1977, by the same Court. The 1977 decree dissolved Kathryn's marriage to her then-husband, Randolphe Jay Cape ("Randolphe"), and, among other things, awarded primary custody of the parties...
