Mrs. Sponholtz loses this appeal for reasons which have little to do with the overall merits of her case. Our affirmance is without enthusiasm.

The appeal is from an order determining the present value of the alimony claim of Mrs. Sponholtz, the decedent's former wife. On the only reviewable point, we hold that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in relying on the testimony of the estate's expert witness where the wife did not object to...
