This matter comes on appeal from a decision of the Toledo Municipal Court wherein defendantappellant, Troy Easterling, was found guilty after a trial before the court on a charge of domestic violence, in violation of Section 537.19 of the Toledo Municipal Code. From said judgment, appellant sets forth three assignments of error:

"1. The verdict was against the manifest weight and sufficiency of the evidence.
