This is a motion brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 350(b) by Evelyn Endlich, a Chapter 7 debtor, seeking to reopen her bankruptcy case to hold a valuation hearing pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 506(a) to reclassify a second mortgage as an unsecured claim encompassed by the discharge previously granted her.
