Defendant appeals as of right and plaintiff cross-appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiff on certain issues and a judgment of no cause of action against defendant. This action arose from an accident while plaintiff was driving her car home from a meeting. A pick-up truck collided with her car, causing her injuries that are at least partially incapacitating.
