EXUM, Justice.

We granted defendant's petition for discretionary review limited to the following two questions: (1) whether the trial court erred in permitting a police witness to read into evidence the search warrant and supporting affidavit in this case; and (2) whether the trial court erred in requiring defendant to proceed to trial with insufficient notice when his case was not on the trial calendar. After considering the first question, we find reversible error...
