The plaintiff has petitioned this court to exercise original jurisdiction by issuing a writ of certiorari or a writ of prohibition directed to the Plaistow District Court. The plaintiff seeks review of orders issued ostensibly under RSA 169-C:27 (Supp. 1983), requiring him to reimburse the Town of Kingston for certain services rendered to his child, known herein as Jane Doe. We grant the petition for writ of certiorari and exercise our jurisdiction thereunder...
