This is an appeal from an order entered by the Grayson Circuit Court which dismissed a wrongful death action. The court adjudged that appellants filed their action in violation of an 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) automatic stay order, and that the action was therefore void for lack of jurisdiction from its beginning and could not be retroactively validated thereafter.
