THOMPSON, J.

Spokane County and Key Tronic Corporation appeal a judgment entered upon a jury verdict awarding five plaintiffs $308,9501 damages, $73,805 attorney fees, and $2,022.99 costs based on an action arising from disposal of chemicals at the Spokane County landfill. We affirm.
