COLE, Judge.

The primary issue presented in this appeal is whether or not defendant made certain misrepresentations to plaintiffs, as a result of which plaintiffs sustained damages.

Prior to 1980 plaintiffs, William and Linda Busby, operated a business known as Busby's Stereo in Bogalusa, Louisiana. During 1980 plaintiffs decided to move their business to a different location in Bogalusa in an effort to increase sales.
