Plaintiff-appellant Otto Lenz appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendants-appellees, his former employer Erdmann Corporation and his former supervisor Walter Laun, in this suit brought under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.
