Appellant Renae Tisdale and appellee Jon Seavey are the biological parents of two minor boys, Christopher and Anthony, who are the subjects of this adoption case. In January, 1977, Renae was granted a divorce from Jon by the Court of Common Pleas of Ashtabula County, Ohio. In the same action, she was granted custody of the boys.
