OPINION AND ORDER
In a disciplinary proceeding, the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association concluded that the respondent, John W. Murphy, Jr., was guilty of unethical and unprofessional conduct calculated to bring the bench and bar of Kentucky into disrepute.
