ALARID, Judge.

Rita Bowman (plaintiff) appeals from a judgment of the District Court in this personal injury action. She alleged that the County of Los Alamos (defendant) was negligent in its maintenance of the grounds around Fuller Lodge (Lodge) in Los Alamos, and that she was injured as a result of such negligence. Trial was to the court, and the court found that defendant was one-third responsible for plaintiff's damages, and that an unknown person...
