This appeal from defendant's conviction of second degree murder presents a facet of the court appointed counsel problem that we have not seen before. On 12 February 1982, immediately after his arrest and several months before trial, defendant was found to be indigent and Attorney Milton Fitch, Jr. was appointed to represent him. Shortly thereafter, exactly when the record does not show though the indication is that it was also several months before...
