Gregory Mott appeals a superior court judgment which affirmed in part and reversed in part a hearing officer's determination that Endicott School District had sufficient cause to dismiss him from his teaching position. We reverse the Superior Court and a portion of the hearing officer's decision, and order Mr. Mott reinstated.
