Appellant Southern Union Gas Company filed an administrative appeal in the district court of Travis County from an order of the Railroad Commission in Gas Utilities Docket No. 667. The Commission's order set rates for natural gas service for the cities and towns of Monahans, Thorntonville, Wickett, Wink, Barstow, Pecos City, and Pyote.
