CAVANAUGH, Judge:

In this case, Hector Rodriguez appeals from the judgment of sentence entered against him after he was found guilty by jury of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, 18 Pa. C.S. § 3101. Appellant alleges that the trial court erred in several respects and requests that we order a new trial or dismiss the charge. We find appellant's contentions to be without merit.
