Appellant Patricia J. Small began working for respondent Jacklin Seed Company as a general laborer in March of 1982. Small voluntarily quit her job on August 9, 1982. Small then filed a claim for unemployment insurance with respondent Department of Employment, asserting that she had terminated her employment with good cause based upon allegations of sexual harassment.
