On or about April 17, 1968, defendant Dr. Eleonore Hinse commenced treating plaintiff Marilyn Bikowicz (hereinafter plaintiff) for migraine headaches by prescribing injections of Talwin. Subsequently, a drug called Dramamine was added to the continuing therapy.
