This litigation arises as the result of an intersectional automobile collision. Plaintiff, Edna Daniels, on her own behalf and as tutrix of the three minor children who were passengers in her car, instituted suit against Robert Burns, the father of the minor driver of the other car, Katherine Burns, and his insurer, Allstate Insurance Company.
