On April 8, 1976, in the course of employment interviews by Kings Park Psychiatric Center, complainant was asked whether he had ever been arrested. He informed the interviewers that he had been arrested for petit larceny in January 1975, but that the charge had been disposed of by an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (see
