A jury returned a verdict of no cause of action on plaintiff's wrongful death claim arising from the drowning of her eight-year-old son in defendant's pool. We reverse and remand for a new trail because of the failure of defendant's attorney to abide by rulings of the trial court on several evidentiary matters. We also conclude that upon retrial plaintiff, as personal representative of her son's estate, shall not be forced to represent the interests...
