Subsequent to this court's memorandum opinion and judgment dated July 12, 1985, 653 F.Supp. 22, defendants moved, pursuant to Rule 59(e), Fed.R.Civ.P., to alter or amend the judgment so as to vacate the injunction as "moot," amend the injunction to describe with more specificity what acts are enjoined, and to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint as to the individual defendants...
