BOUTALL, Judge.

Sally May Bailey was indicted for perjury, LSA-R.S. 14:123. Following trial, the jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged, and defendant was sentenced to five years in prison. This appeal followed.

Bailey assigns these errors for our review:
