The controlling question in this appeal is the validity of a local rule of the Pulaski Chancery Court by which a pending case may be dismissed without notice to the parties or attorneys if there has been no activity in the case for three years or more. The trial court upheld the local rule and refused to set aside a dismissal order. This appeal by the party whose case was dismissed comes to us under Rule 29(1)(c).
