This is a disciplinary proceeding by the Oregon State Bar charging the accused, Lawrence W. Jordan, with six violations of the disciplinary rules arising out of Jordan's dealings in two separate situations. The first three charges stem from Jordan's representation of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Horstman, debtors of Evergreen Collections, Inc. (Evergreen).
