This is a Worker's Compensation suit. The case was tried on July 20, 1983 and taken under advisement. On November 17, 1983 the district court, Honorable Douglas M. Gonzales, presiding, stated in the minutes of the court that "the Court finds that the plaintiff suffered a disability injury during the course and scope of his employment which rendered him permanently and totally disabled and entitling him to compensation at a rate of $163.00...
