This is an appeal from a district court's judgment of conviction on two counts of robbery. Appellant contends that the district court erroneously denied his motion to dismiss based on Ada County's failure to comply with the 180-day speedy trial provision of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (herein "the Agreement"). I.C. § 19-5001(c)(1). We hold that the speedy trial provision of the Agreement was not violated and we affirm the judgment...
