This lawsuit involves six common law and statutory tort claims against a federal official, the County Supervisor of the Farmers Home Administration (FmHA). Plaintiff VanOrman, who obtained a $10,000 FmHA loan through the Rural Youth Program to raise dairy cattle, alleges that Defendant Shook improperly accelerated the loan account, in effect libeling him, causing him mental and emotional distress, interfering with the contract...
