BURNETT, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for first degree burglary and petit theft. We affirm.

A jury found that Michael Matthews entered a grocery store at night with intent to commit theft and that he did, in fact, commit a petit theft of merchandise. For the burglary Matthews received an indeterminate sentence of ten years. For the petit theft he received a jail sentence equal to his prejudgment incarceration. On appeal Matthews has...
