Roger Clayton Davis was indicted by the Grand Jury of Monroe County for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape. The transcript indicates a jury verdict for each of these offenses and defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for twenty (20) years respectively, with the sentences to be served consecutively.
