MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Maria Levka ("Levka") moves for an award of attorneys' fees for her lawyers' services on the appeal in this strip search case against the City of Chicago (the "City"). For the reasons stated in this memorandum opinion and order, her motion is denied.
