This appeal involves the question of whether trust companies have the authority to open a branch office in Wyoming. Appellant Wyoming Trust and Management Company sought a declaratory judgment in the First Judicial District to interpret the Trust Company Act (§ 13-5-101 et seq., W.S. 1977, of the Banking Act).
