("Kickapoo") filed this action against Clark Oil and Refining Corporation ("Clark") in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Kickapoo is an unbranded independent marketer of motor gasoline and other petroleum products; Clark is a refiner of motor gasoline and other petroleum products.
