DRAUGHN, Justice.

Appellant Brenda Davis initiated two workers' compensation suits, one for a 1978 back injury and one for an occupational disease. These suits were consolidated below for the purposes of discovery and trial only. In the suit for the 1978 back injury, the jury found that Ms. Davis had suffered temporary total and temporary partial disability for which she was due compensation.
