This case is before this Court upon the petition of Bernard L. Fausnet for an appeal from the final order of the West Virginia Workers' Compensation Appeal Board.1 That order affirmed the determination of the West Virginia Workers' Compensation Commissioner that Fausnet "was not an employee subject to coverage" under this State's workers' compensation laws.
