MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

Following a jury trial in state court, Jean DeSavieu ("DeSavieu") was convicted of murder and sentenced to jail for forty years. He lost an appeal and unsuccessfully petitioned the Supreme Court of Illinois for review. He now petitions this Court pro se under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a writ of habeas corpus, asserting the same ten errors that he asserted in his appeal to the State Appellate Court...
