Michael Caldero stands accused of arson, theft and related conspiracies. In this appeal, the State of Idaho asks us to decide whether the district court erred by entering pretrial orders (1) suppressing evidence because it was seized outside the scope of a search warrant, and (2) excluding testimony concerning statements made by an alleged co-conspirator.
